Description: BZP Mild Steel Studding is a threaded rod, sometimes known as stud or threaded rod. The product has a BZP finish, which stands for Bright Zinc Plating.
Mild Steel Studding sizes: We supply mild steel studding in the following sizes; M6, M8, M10, M12, M16, M20 AND M24, each available in 1-metre, 2-metre and 3-metre lengths.
Finishes: Our BZP steel studding is finished in Bright Zinc Plating - aka BZP. The finish on our Stainless Steel can either be dull (non-reflective), smooth or partly reflective dependant on the production process and product itself.
Fixing Methods: Dependant on the product. Metric bosses are available only on Rubber Lined and Unlined Clips.
Country of Origin: China and the UK where applicable.
What is studding: Studding is a threaded rod, sometimes known as stud. Studding is a relatively long rod - we sell 1-metre lengths of stainless steel studding. It is threaded on both ends and the thread often extends along the complete length of the rod. Studding is designed to be used in tension.
