SLOTTED CHANNEL LENGTHS in pre-galvanised finish.
Our Pre-Galvanised (Pre-Galv.) Slotted Channel Lengths and channel brackets are manufactured in accordance with BS6946:1988. The range is designed to provide a versatile solution to support and fix together channel lengths (Strut) in a metal framework situation. All channel lengths are manufactured in accordance with BS6946:1988.
Dimensions. Sizes of slotted channel 41×21, 41×41 and 41×82. We provide BS6946:1988 standard gauge with a 2.5mm thickness, which has slot sizes of 28 x 14mm. Light gauge channel lengths are available with 1.5mm thickness and slot dimensions of 28 x 11mm. All channel is available in 3m and 6m lengths and Unistrut compatible.
Pre-Galv Slotted Channel Material. Channel Brackets & Lengths are predominantly made from Mild Steel material, in a 6mm thick profile. Channel lengths are manufactured from pre-alvanised steel to BS EN 10346, 2015. They are available in standard gauge profile of 2.5mm thickness. They are also light gauge profiles of 1.5mm thickness in either a plain or slotted option.
Finishes. Our channel lengths are available with a pre-dipped galvanised finish. Channel lengths are available in a pre-galvanised finish. Both finishes are readily available from stock. Other finishes are available to order.
Connections and Fixing Methods. The range of channel accessories and bracketry products are predominantly pre-drilled with 14mm fixing holes allowing the use of bolts and threaded rods to facilitate fixings.
Country of Origin. Channel accessories and bracketry are manufactured in India. Channel lengths are manufactured in the UK.
